Cancellation Policy

Paying the Trip fee:

The fee can be paid by online transfer/Cash deposit. Instruction for payment will be forwarded along with your confirmation email. When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.

Cancellation terms:

For the cancellation of services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, Golden Eagle Expedition must be notified of the same in writing at [email protected] At the time we receive your written cancellation, refunds based on the total fare are as follows.

Confirmation Policy (motorcycle Trip) 

  • Payments can be done in 4 parts.
  • After processing the booking amount you will get an email confirmation.
  • Once you paid the 100% amount for your booking, you will get an invoice containing all the information about the trip.

Payment Terms Policy (motorcycle Trip)

  • Booking amount 3,000/- (Non Refundable)
  • 35 Days before the trip departure 60% of the total cost.
  • 20 Days before the trip departure 80% of the total cost. 
  • 10 Days before the trip departure 100% of the total cost.

Cancellation Policy (motorcycle Trip)

  • Cancellations are made before 25 days from the date of travel then 20% of the total trip will be charged. 
  • Cancellations are made between 15 to 20 days from the date of travel then 50% of the total trip will be charged. 
  • Cancellations are made between 5 to 10 days from the date of travel then 70% of the total trip will be charged. 
  • Cancellations are made between 0 to 5 days from the date of travel then 100% of the total trip will be charged.

Refund Policy (motorcycle Trip)

  • Refund amount will be processed within 2 weeks on business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler’s Bank Transfer only.

 

Confirmation Policy (Suv Car or Tempo Traveller Trip)

Payments can be done in 3 parts.
After processing the booking amount you will get an email confirmation.
Once you paid the 100% amount for your booking, you will get an invoice containing all the information about the trip.

Payment Terms Policy (Suv Car or Tempo Traveller Trip)

  • Booking amount 5,000/- (Non Refundable)
  • 20 Days before the trip departure 70% of the total cost.
  • Pay 30% on arrival

Cancellation Policy (Suv Car or Tempo Traveller Trip)

  • Cancellations are made between 15 to 20 days from the date of travel then 50% of the total trip will be charged.
  • Cancellations are made between 0 to 5 days from the date of travel then 70% of the total trip will be charged.

Refund Policy (Suv Car or Tempo Traveller Trip)

Refund amount will be processed within 2 weeks on business days.
